Technical Experience:

Servers/System Administration

• Installation, configuration, monitoring and supervision of server systems, Window Server 2003, 2008 & 2012, DHCP, Domain, RDS, ADS, Web & Database servers.

• Installation & configuration of RAIDs on Dell & HP servers & NAS. 

• Responsible for Windows infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory replication, windows services, NAS infrastructure, Backup Infrastructure, Clustering, VMs, Remote Access (VPN).

ERP/Application Administration

• Complete evaluation of ERP solution for the Group for Retails, Productions, Distribution, Catering, Real Estate, Trading, Auto Repairing, Hypermarkets and restaurants in and writing of RFQs & RFPs.

• Lead as a key member with the ERP implementation team, where we have started the complete centralized business solution for group of companies which include Finance, Purchase, HR, and PR Department.

• Handling improvements of ERP systems as well as system upgrades and software updates. 
  Conceptualized reporting systems interfaces to be more suitable for easy administrative controls. 

• Meet with clients to determine requirements; work with them to define the scope of a project, clarify client's system specifications and understand their work practices and nature of their business.

MS Exchange Server/MS SharePoint

• Extensive experience in SharePoint 2013 (Configuration, Administration and advance SharePoint Solutions). Fully handle the communication with the customer's, for technical and non-technical issues and manages SharePoint implementations from initial installation to maintenance and further custom design.

• Handling of MS Exchange Server 2010 & 2013 with relevant Tools.

Websites Handling

• Web Designing in PHP, MySql, HTML, Java Scripting & CSS Scripting with online room booking, request & queries system and online recruitments & procurement system administration.

• Maintaining of domain and hosting and email services.

 IP Phone System

• Handling all type of CUG and other data packages with DU and ETISALAT.

• Handling Avaya IP Office & Panasonic KX TDA600 IP Phone, 200 & 100 System to control Phone calls, mailboxes and costing of calls etc.

• Handing of VOIP call across other HO, Site offices and offices in other countries.  

Supporting Users L1, L2 & L3

Complete installation, configuration and purchase of CCTV NVR & DVR storage Systems, indoor, outdoor & dome IP and analog cameras and DVR system and keeping regular backups of the all the recording system. Door to door access control management & attendance system administration.
